Lift Every Voice is an anonymous digital platform for students and professionals of the University of Pennsylvania designed to easily collect experiences and observations of racism in the healthcare workplace.
What did we do?
Front + Back Development + Back Office
We developed a digital platform and a back office where the leaders and permitted members of each health department can post the experiences shared by anonymous users, and also report those that violate University policies.
